Since he was a child, Brett Diaz has enjoyed outdoor activities with his family. Everything from having memories being with his father and brother heading out to the Florida keys and enjoying the water. Or even heading up to North Carolina for memory filled summers white water kayaking. Brett has always had an interest and passion for making a difference, family, and the great outdoors.

“In our first two years we’ve seen the HOOK 360° family grow across the globe,” said Diaz. From HOOK 360° beach cleanups with Kaya to being recognized in Fort Lauderdale Magazine’s The Best of Fort Lauderdale November 2019 issue, the HOOK 360° family has had quite an amazing first couple of years.

In August of 2018, the outdoor apparel company with an ocean-friendly focus began.

“The coolest part about our growth is hearing from all our customers,” said Diaz.“Who have been inspired by our mission.”

The father-son partnership of Brett Diaz, and his father, Roy Diaz, continues to offer men, women and children's gear with orders helping to protect coral reef conservation by supporting the amazing work by the Coral Restoration Foundation. In addition every order is packaged in recycled paper packaging.

As the HOOK 360° family looks towards the future, Brett Diaz is mostly proud of how in the last two years, the business hasn’t used any plastic and is contributing to the fantastic work of the Coral Restoration Foundation.

Sales will continue to go towards coral reef protection, and the HOOK 360° family will also continue to be a member of the global environmental solutions group 1% For the Planet.

HOOK 360° also has some new lines and products currently in development. One being the production and transitioning all the neck gear to 100 percent recycled polyester. Each gaiter will be made of two recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles.

Within the next two years I see our environmental footprint growing much bigger with the help of our HOOK 360° family,” said Diaz.

The South Florida duo of Brett and Roy Diaz started the HOOK 360° movement. Today, HOOK 360° has over 14,000 Instagram followers, has collected over 5,000 pounds of trash from beach cleanups, has been featured on NBC, and the premium gear for all outdoor adventures has made sales worldwide.

I see HOOK 360° becoming a leader in the outdoor community,” said Diaz. “Due to our true passion for all things outdoors.”
